We were one of the pioneers in dairy grazing in Southeast Wisconsin and the first to introduce the concept of grass-fed and grass-finished beef to this part of the state. We were Certified Organic and have farmed out land organically since 1990. Until the fall of 2014 we milked 140 cows which we grazed on intensively managed pastures. We direct marketed 40 grass-fed and grass finished steers/year.
